Walking Directions from Transit Stops

IRT (2, 3) Grand Army Plaza station
This station has three exits to the street from the mezzanine level. Two lead to the south side of Flatbush Avenue (are marked as such). The one on the right side is best. You will be on Plaza Street West just off Lincoln Place. Walk to Lincoln Place and turn right and continue to Seventh Avenue. Make a left, and walk four short blocks to Carroll Street.

Q (all times) and B (weekdays only) Seventh Avenue station
The Seventh Avenue stop is located on Flatbush Avenue near the beginning of Seventh Avenue. Proceed on Seventh Avenue seven short blocks to Carroll Street.

BMT (R, D, or N weekends if running local) Union Street station
The Union Street stop is located on Fourth Avenue. Walk up Union Street three blocks to Seventh Avenue, then turn right for two short blocks to Carroll Street.

IND (F) Seventh Avenue station
The Seventh Avenue stop is located between Eighth and Seventh Avenues. The closest exit to the church is at Seventh Avenue: the last set of stairs (rearmost) if coming from Manhattan or Brooklyn Heights/Cobble Hill; first stairs (front most) if coming from Coney Island. You will be at Ninth Street; walk down Seventh Avenue from Ninth Street to Carroll; the street numbers will get lower. After First Street is Garfield Place then Carroll Street, where the church is located.

Bus
B67 (Seventh Avenue) runs between downtown Brooklyn (along Atlantic and Flatbush Avenues) and Kensington. From the downtown direction, get off at Union Street and walk ahead a block and a half to Carroll. From the Kensington direction, get off at Carroll Street and cross Seventh Avenue to Old First.

B69 (Seventh Avenue) runs between downtown Brooklyn (through Fort Greene and Prospect Heights) and Kensington. From the downtown direction, get off at Union Street and walk ahead a block and a half to Carroll. From the Kensington direction, get off at Carroll Street and cross Seventh Avenue to Old First.

B63 (Fifth Avenue) runs from the waterfront (Atlantic Avenue) and Bay Ridge. Ask driver for nearest stop to Carroll Street and walk two blocks uphill to Seventh Avenue.

B61 (Ninth Street) runs between Downtown Brooklyn through Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill and Carroll Gardens to Windsor Terrace. Get off at Seventh Avenue and walk down Seventh Avenue to Carroll; the street numbers will get lower. After First Street is Garfield Place then Carroll Street, where the church is located.

B41 (Flatbush Avenue) runs between Downtown Brooklyn and Mill Basin or Kings Plaza; get off at Flatbush and Seventh Avenue. Walk along Seventh Avenue approximately seven short blocks to Old First.
