Jingle Bell Jamboree
After a 4-year hiatus, the annual Park Slope family concert and sing-along will be returning to Old First Church in Park Slope on Saturday, December 14th, at 7 PM. Founder and producer Ethan Schlesser, along with his co-host, our very own Rev. Dr. Daniel Meeter, are bringing back this unique community holiday extravaganza now that the ceiling in our sanctuary has finally been restored.
This year’s Jamboree will feature performances from a wide range of Brooklyn, based musical ensembles, including:
- Purelements: An Evolution in Dance
- The St. Joseph High School Step Team
- The Nine Pound Hammer Trio
- The New Voices 8th grade chorus
- Spoke the Hub Dance
- The BCC Cabaret
- The Brooklyn Community Chorus
In addition, Schlesser and Meeter will be hosting a festive sing-along throughout the show, including a grand finale where the entire audience performs “Twelve Days of Christmas”.
$10 donations are suggested, with 100% of the proceeds going towards expenses and the non-profit arts organizations participating in this unique event.
